Stella works broadly across the commercial sector and advises both private clients and those in the health, government and not-for-profit sectors. Stella advises on a range of corporate transactions and commercial agreements, including corporate governance, intellectual property and construction projects.

Before joining Russell Kennedy, Stella practised as an Occupational Therapist for over 5 years. Stella’s experience spans across a range of industries including self-insured employers, aged care facilities and clients under the NDIS, DVA, Comcare, TAC and WorkSafe schemes.

Experience

  • Advising clients of their legal reporting obligations for privacy and data protection matters.
  • Acting for private and public sector clients to develop strategies and solutions in corporate governance.
  • Assisting clients to implement privacy protections and cyber incident response plans.
  • Drafting commercial contracts and tenders for procurement, management agreements and technology services.
  • Assisting clients with various intellectual property protection, including trade mark registration and enforcement.
