Jack is an experienced litigator, having acted for the interests of private and corporate litigants in most Australian jurisdictions. He has acted for plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving commercial leasing and property, building and construction, contract, debt recovery, corporations law and insolvency, trusts, franchising, negligence and consumer law.

Drawing on his knowledge and experience, Jack provides commercial and approachable advice to his clients to ensure that all stakeholders to existing or proposed litigation have the best possible understanding of the issues to be resolved and how to resolve them.
