RUSSELL KENNEDY PRIVACY POLICY AND DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
In relation to this Russell Kennedy Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement:
a. "Russell Kennedy" means Russell Kennedy Pty Ltd as nominee for the Russell Kennedy Partnership, the Russell Kennedy Partnership, RK&C Services Pty Ltd, and any of their associated entities.
b. "We" and "us" refer to Russell Kennedy, and "our" has a similar meaning.
Russell Kennedy is subject to the National Privacy Principles as laid out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
The Russell Kennedy Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement explains in general terms how our organisation protects the privacy of personal information under the National Privacy Principles. It also articulates the various matters which we are required to disclose to individuals under National Privacy Principles 1.3 and 1.5. The principles set out in this Russell Kennedy Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement apply to any personal information you provide to us by any means including our website or under any agreement or arrangement, and to information which we may collect in regard to you from other sources.
This Russell Kennedy Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement does not apply to acts and practices of a Russell Kennedy entity which relate directly to the employee records of that Russell Kennedy entity's current and former employees.
Gaining access to information that Russell Kennedy possesses in regard to you
Russell Kennedy will upon request provide you with access to personal information held by us in regard to you unless there is an exception which applies under the Privacy Act, including instances in which Russell Kennedy has a legal duty of confidentiality or non-disclosure.

How Russell Kennedy collects your personal information
