Sebastian holds experience acting for and advising authorised insurers and self-insurers, in relation to common law, statutory benefit and public liability matters. He conducts litigation in the Supreme, County and Magistrates’ Court of Victoria.

In working with the Victorian WorkCover Authority, Sebastian advises in relation to serious injury applications, actions for common law damages, and statutory benefit disputes. He thoroughly investigates claims on behalf of employers and facilitates the early and commercial resolution of claims for the Victorian WorkCover Authority and self-insurers. He also holds experience in preparing submissions to the Medical Panel on behalf of insurers and performing claim management reviews regarding workers ongoing entitlements to statutory compensation.
