Ben is a Senior Associate in the Disputes Resolution team with broad experience in general commercial litigation, building and construction, debt recovery, property disputes, intellectual property disputes, insolvency, debt recovery and partnership & shareholder disputes. Ben has conducted matters for both plaintiffs and defendants in all courts and tribunals of New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and Appellate Courts.
Ben’s practice has involved acting for a wide range of clients across a variety of industries including childcare, property developers, vitamins, chain restaurants, Sydney’s largest markets, national caterers, owners corporations and small-to-medium enterprises to large corporations including not-for-profits.
