Sophie works across the Health sector in addition to Aged Care and Government. She advises clients on legal compliance, risk management and policy and procedure development in the health, aged care and disability sectors. She also advises health organisations on legal compliance including substitute decision making, privacy, freedom of information requests, voluntary assisted dying and advanced care directives. Sophie acts for the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and Boards in relation to professional conduct and regulatory compliance matters.
