Caitlin advises on all aspects of employment law, including employment obligations, termination of employment, equal opportunity, the application of awards and the interpretation of enterprise agreements. Caitlin also has experience appearing for clients at the Fair Work Commission and the Australian Human Rights Commission, and can assist clients with disputes in Federal and State courts.
