Leonard Warren, Principal – Leonard has acted for a wide variety of developers, consultants and builders in relation to general construction, property, leasing and insolvency disputes. He will share his broad industry experience with attendees.
Kyle Gillan, Special Counsel – Kyle is a highly experienced construction lawyer with a focus on the ‘front end’ construction aspects of a broad range of infrastructure projects in various industry sectors.
Paul Somers, Senior Associate – Paul is a litigation lawyer with extensive experience advising Principals, Superintendents, building owners, and other infrastructure proprietors about minimising risk, and managing payment claims and contract disputes.
The Construction & Infrastructure team is also excited to introduce Principal Jos Mulcahy, a construction litigation, arbitration and dispute relation specialist. Jos will be in attendance at this seminar to share his expert knowledge and experience with the audience.
